If you are looking for a great mattress and BEST DEALS, head on over to BR Mattress Slidell or their Baton Rouge location! Mr. Ben at the Slidell location help us out as we kept getting delayed with Ashley Furniture for almost 2 months. I went in and he didn’t rush me and brought me to the ones that fit my description of what I was looking for, just amazing customer service I will say! He told me it would take 2 weeks for them to get the mattress made and shipped for delivery and guess what y’all it was right on time NO DELAYS, now that’s great customer service and the 12 year warranty that covers the entire mattress not limited warranty.Y’all won’t be disappointed at all!

Hi just wanted to update. We had our mattresses delivered!! They were delivered in the time frame we were given. Ben kept in touch as to when delivery was going to be made. And on day of delivery they called gave us a time arrived at the designated time. They were professional, friendly and careful. They removed the old mattresses, placed the new ones and removed the wrappings. Thanks guys!! Want to have a great experience mattress shopping? Purchased a mattress from Mitch today and couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. We rolled in with our two small toddlers and Mitch was immediately warm, friendly and helpful and never made us feel like a burden. He was clearly knowledgeable and so helpful, but never tried to upsell us. We purchased a great mattress at a great price that we are excited about. Before I get to the intricacies of my own experience please understand despite anything else that this is the most insulated customer experience you can have. They have a 90 day policy and the lowest prices in Baton Rouge. Now as far as my customer experience I can tell the associates know everything from material, how the material is handled, how the material help you sleep, the function of each mattress to each person, how they're shipped, how they're stored, how they're made, the company history, what they're infused with, how mattresses handle stress and deflection, recall rates, satisfaction rates, various settings, various models, how some are antimicrobial, how some can adjust automatically when you snore. In my personal opinion if you read even the lowest star reviews then you still don't have a good enough excuse not to go look.

The staff was very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect mattress for my kids. They heard my needs and found the right fit for me and my pocket book. Highly recommend!!!

I don’t know where to start! Some emergencies came up trying to spiral out of control. I called this particular mattress outlet. The man on the other end of the phone immediately sensed I was dealing with some pertinent issues. He went out of his way to comfort me. He was more concerned about how he could use his gifts and products to help ease the discomfort. He went out of his way to meet my request. He felt my pain, and just wanted to make things better. At my low point, he did not try to rip me off or take advantage of me. He sincerely cares about people. Maybe that’s why he is in this business. BR Mattress Outlet is a wonderful find. We just purchased our second mattress from them. Ben was really easy to talk with about the different types of mattresses and he knew the products very well. We asked a lot of questions and he was very helpful! We walked in not knowing what kind of king mattress we wanted, but after about twenty minutes there testing and learning about the variety of mattresses, we found one that we love. We bought a double/full mattress there two years ago for our guest bedroom and just bought a king for our master bedroom! It is evident that he and his family are passionate about what they do, care about the quality of products they sell, and value their customers. 31 year old male and my wife and I were shopping for our first mattress, that was not a hand me down. Zero clue what was out there or what we wanted/even needed. Looked at the online stores and mattress but without laying on one didn't feel comfortable buying one. Was referred to this amazing company by family members and coworkers. Went to the Jefferson location first and had an amazing experience with the salesman there. Told him we know nothing about this but we had a price range that we did not want to exceed. Never once did this young man try to pressure or upsell us on items. He showed us what we wanted and was very patient with two mattress novices. He took time to write us up an estimate and when he saw we still were unsure he told us about their bigger location on Floride Blvd. He said to go there and lay on more display mattress and see what else they have to offer. We did and then the exact same experience with the workers! Told him about our quote and experience at their satellite store and again no pressure of upsale or annoyance with our many questions. He showed us items that we looked at the other store and even below our price range that met what we wanted. Well since we were more educated my wife began to ask more questions and wanted to know about more options. The salesman took time and explained all what was available in mattress tech but also in their store. We ended up with a mattress that had many more features and better longevity after we decided that what he was describing was exactly what we wanted! We purchased delivery and the young man checked in with us periodically for the next 3 weeks until our mattress came into store and set up delivery 48 hours from arrival to their shop! The two delivery men came into my home and were very professional and very cautious with navigating around our furniture and our new mattress. The experience we had from start to finish with every employee we met was top notch! While product quality is number 1 customer service and attention to detail is right behind that and this company definitely embodies that culture! BR Mattress Outlet has made a customer for life and every time I hear of someone shopping for new mattress I will not let them go anywhere else. Janie at the Jefferson location was AMAZING. She knew everything about every single product in that store- it might sound funny to say, but she has a passion for mattresses, and it shows!
